SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders will be shipped within 1~4 weeks, depending on stock levels or manufacturers back-order times.  All sales are final, item sold “as-is”. No express of implied warranty of any kind is granted to the buyer. User assumes all risks & costs associated with the use of these parts & accessories. We reserve the right to retract purchase and refund payments from buyers non-paying history or postal address we don`t ship to. Order that are returned or canceled after the date of shipment will require a 5% restocking fee. If item is defective , we will exchange or refund if no replacement available. Item must be reported and return within 10 days after you receiving the products. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs to exchange or return the products.


DAMAGED

Must be notifying within 10 days, please email us and describe damages to the item and packaging materials as well. We may also ask to provide pictures to help expedite the claim process. We will explain how to claim on insurance for damaged during shipping items. We may ask item be returned as proof of damage during shipping.


NON RECEIPT

Must be notifying within 10 days. Buyer is responsible to track packages and ensure safe arrival. If buyer provided incorrect address, we will try to contact carrier but not guarantee replacement. If package shows delivered but buyer has not received item we will contact shipping company to open a search or claim.


ORDERED OR RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT

Must notify within 10 days. Please check to see if product looks similar to pictures showed on our website then contact us either by phone or by email. We need to get the tracking/invoice # off the box so be sure not to throw away any packaging materials. We will send you return instructions and replace the correct part for you.


DEFECTS & FITMENT ISSUES

Notify within 10 days. We recommend professional help if you encounter problems. Please check website listing to see if it matches your vehicle year make and model. We may ask to provide pictures to show issues then determine if we will accept the return . We only accept returns if the original item is returned unmarked/undamaged.
